• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Proof of purchase is provided

• You will be informed once the request is approved or rejected

3. Refund Processing

If your request is approved:

• Refunds may take up to 30 working days, depending on the payment method
• Refunds are issued only if all conditions are met
• If conditions are not fully met, store credit may be offered instead

4. Non Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
• Customized or special order items
• Products returned after the 7 day period
